Short version
Lify is a free calculator. Quiz answers stay on your device. We don't sell, share, or use your personal data to advertise.
What we collect
- Quiz answers— stored in your browser's localStorage so you can resume. We don't see them; they never leave your device.
- Anonymous analytics — only if you accept the consent banner. We use PostHog to count page views and fix bugs. No names, no emails.
- Error logs — when a page crashes we send the stack trace (not your inputs) to Sentry so we can fix it.
- Share URLs— when you share your result, the URL encodes your answers directly. Whoever opens it sees the same number. We don't log who opened it.
What we don't do
- No accounts.
- No email capture.
- No selling of data, ever.
- No third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can reject analytics at any time via the banner, or clear your local data via your browser settings. EU and UK users have the full GDPR / UK-GDPR toolkit.
